Cancellation Policy.

Every effort is made to schedule an appointment time convenient to you. On the rare occasion that you cannot keep your appointment time, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice (1 business day). In line with recommendations from the Australian Psychological Society, we will attempt to re-fill your appointment time so that any financial loss can be minimised.

Non-attendance or cancellations received within 24 hours incur a fee equal to 100% (incl. GST) of your usual consultation. Unfortunately, (1) Rebates cannot be claimed by either the client or Psychologist for appointments where clients have not attended, (2) On most occasions, appointments cannot be re-filled within 24 hours.
